Over the course of the next few months, I will be using this blog platform to showcase my journey through Mastery. I will post updates about books I’m reading that actively change my thought process and perception of the world around me. I’ll leave resources and recommendations for you to use so that you can also engage in this journey of Mastery with me. I am ever a student, and I hope that when you engage with my page you do so with the same mindset. In fact, if there’s anything I know, it’s that I know nothing at all. With that being said, it’s important you know I believe that all of us have so much to learn about the world around us, branding ourselves, marketing our strengths, and becoming the best versions of ourselves we can possibly muster into the universe.
My personal brand is “We wear kaleidoscopes,” and to me this is a phrase we should all internalize and deeply consider. When I say I wear kaleidoscopes, I mean that I perceive the world in my own, unique, unparalleled way. You possess the same power; your vision and insights are like that of no one else. The way you see the world have never been accomplished before. I believe in our subjective vision, and I believe the world is far more complicated and multidimensional than we give it credit for. Like Kesha wants you to remember, you’re a rainbow 🌈 : a beautiful actualization of chance, light, and molecules that radiates every color we can see. What are you emitting that others aren’t picking up on? What wavelength do your internal settings produce? You’re about to become a super nova or a blackhole.
There is nothing we can’t accomplish together with our eyes and hearts melded together as we dance a cinnamon and vanilla song that sounds sad and hopeful like a Lana Del Rey song. When we come together through color and music, we can move mountains and turn them to ground again.
My super power is kindness, and through this online portfolio I will work to create a digital footprint that is academic, inclusive, and a resource that other people (like you) can use to enhance your own voyage down the road less traveled. Kindness possesses the capacity to change the face of the world as we know it. Kindness is stronger than a diamond, but it can’t cut glass.
When we dance together, let’s groove and jive from the view of the balcony, because when you’re positioned, planted and stuck on the dance floor, you can’t see the beauty, aesthetics, and patterns that form from the movements everyone is dedicated to performing.
